By participating in the QuickTie™ Customer Survey Giveaway, you agree to the following rules and conditions. This promotion is administered by QuickTie™ and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve our products. By using our products, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from www.quicktieproducts.com

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of QuickTie™ and their immediate family members or affiliates are not eligible to participate.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or completion of the survey does not increase your chances of winning. To enter without completing the survey, mail a postcard with your name, email, and phone number to the survey sponsor (Quick Tie Products, Inc.): Attn: QuickTie™ Customer Survey Giveaway, 13300 Vantage Way, Jacksonville, FL 32218.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

How to Enter

  • Complete the QuickTie™ Customer Experience Survey in full.

  • At the end of the survey, you’ll be given the option to enter your name and contact information to be included in the giveaway drawing.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person

Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $100 digital gift card.

  • The gift card will be delivered via email to the address provided during entry.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the survey will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and improving QuickTie™ services.

General Conditions

  • QuickTie™ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless QuickTie™ from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
