Ready-to-use, 3M Fire Barrier Sealant is a gun grade, latex-based, elastomeric sealant. The sealant cures upon exposure to the atmosphere to form a firestop seal, which prevents spread of fire, smoke and noxious gas and when properly installed, it provides up to 4-hour fire protection.
